🔧 Installation Notes
Based on Bitzer maintenance instructions :
- Always replace the complete shaft seal – stationary and rotating unit together
- Keep replacement seal in protective packing until immediately before mounting
- Oil the sliding ring, O-rings, and shaft with clean refrigeration oil – do not oil flat gasket or flange surface
- Tighten fixing screws evenly in crosswise order to 40 Nm
- Running-in period – Increased oil leakage may occur during first 250 hours
